Do Not use them!!!! Kate Debon failed to file My husband's retirement and it cost us 2.7k from the IRS and 2.7k from the state. Her response was nonchalant and took zero ownership of any of her actions or lack thereof. Sadly we previously used them the year prior and filed a retirement retirement don't just go away...3/5/24Since I posted this review I have been contacted by the business owner. She had taken the time to review the emails and my claims. She apologized and took ownership. I highly respect this. This staff member no longer works here -not because of this issue-. The Owner has fixed the state tax return and offered to send me a check for the penalties I had to pay for the state and federal tax. I appreciate her willingness to acknowledge her employee's error as well as offering to help mitigate the affect it had on our family.
